We are looking for experienced and motivated Truck Drivers to join our company! As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for delivering to our supply chain logistics department in a safe and timely manner. 

• Drive long distances to deliver goods to customers.
• Safely load and unload cargo.
• Record cargo deliveries.
• Plan and manage distribution to manufacturing plants or retail and distribution centers
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical items
• Inspect for safety issues
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Collect, analyze and verify delivery instructions
• Plan and meet delivery schedules
• Plan best route options
• Document and log work/rest periods and kilometres spent driving and retain receipts
• Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures
• Safely maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
• Report defects, accidents or violations
• Maintain a positive attitude with customers.
• Keep commercial driver license up to date.

• At least 7 proven years of experience as a Truck Driver driving heavy duty trucks
• Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly
• Good knowledge of truck driving rules and regulations
• Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc)
• No driving violations
• Willing to submit to background/drug checks and provide employment recommendations
• Valid truck driving license
• Ability to read and write
• Proof of address
